Hellooo!!
I got another repost because this is one of the posts that gets a ton of traffic from Pinterest. I did also want to update it for the Pinterest users who come to visit this post for ideas:
PINTEREST USERS:
Many of you have asked for the place cards/food labels, and I am happy to tell you that I was able to restore the templates, and I would be willing to share with them with you at a price. At this very moment I’m not too sure about pricing but I am sure we can work something out. Payments will most likely be done through PayPal so please email me directly at ayrgalaxy7gmail.com or fill out my contact form.
What’s included in the package:
- Food Labels (as seen below)
- Restroom & Car Wash Signs (no hand sanitizer or soap labels, could not restore)
- Coolant & Transmission Fluid Signs (big signs for beverage dispensers)
I can either sell you the blank templates, as seen below, or with custom font.
Will update this post with pricing when I’ve figured it out. 🙂
December 11, 2017:
Hey guys!
I had a really good weekend. My son turned 3 on Friday and we had his birthday party on Saturday. I’ve never been more excited than this because it was his first official birthday party. He is old enough to know what he likes and doesn’t like. So I knew I had to make his first third birthday party a memorable one for him and I certainly did my best!
I looked through Pinterest for inspiration and found many ideas. I made the food labels, bought some decorations and balloons from party city, and my cousin helped with making the goodie bags, and my auntie made pozole!
Here are some photos from the birthday party:
For drinks we provided the following:
- Fruit Punch (Transmission Fluid)
- Lemonade (Coolant)
- Water bottles (Fillmore’s organic fuel)
For snacks we provided:
- rice krispie treats with m&ms (Lightning McQueen stoplight treats),
- powdered donuts (Guido’s white wall tires),
- chocolate donuts (Luigi’s tower of tires),
- potato chips (Mater’s taters),
- bugles (Sally’s cozy cones),
- marshmallows (Francesco’s airbags), and
- Chex mix (Doc Hudson’s nuts and bolts).
I liked how much people joked about the drink/snack bar and saying things like “don’t eat too many tires”, “I would like more transmission fluid because I’m running low” and my personal favorite “can’t get more organic than water”.
My godmother made his birthday cake, and he absolutely loved it! It was tres leches (milk cake), and it was very delicious! I honestly can’t thank her enough for it!
He seemed to have lots of fun with all his cousins. I’m glad he loved everything! Once everyone was gone and we were cleaning up, my cousin took some photos for us because we hadn’t done that while we sang happy birthday. I love my boys! They’re my world!
Then we went on home, and we had CL open his presents. We let him play for a while, then we went to bed because I was so wiped out from running around ALL week.
I wish I would have had the chance to take more photos at the party but I was busy serving my guests and making sure they were all taken care of. At least I will remember how much fun he was having.
